Production PeopleSoft Financials Server Maintenance In an ongoing effort to maintain security best practices, the IBM team will be applying critical OS and Security updates to the Window Servers during an extended maintenance window. During the maintenance process, the production PeopleSoft Financials System for both National and Councils will not be available. PeopleSoft Check Printer Updates When local councils converted to PeopleSoft in 2013, it was required that a specific printer be used to print checks. That printer is now no longer offered by HP, so the Information Delivery Group has completed research and determined that the following printer, HP LaserJet Pro M402n, must be used when a replacement is needed. This can be ordered from CDW at an approximate cost of $250. There is a MICR toner cartridge from CDW that is required as well, Mfg. Part: 02-81575-001, CDW Part: 3886455, at an approximate cost of $225.	High	7/15/2016
